Leadership = LION attitude

Hey Boggiee... 

Let's talk about this amazing creature. it has inspired me when we talk about the leader... If people ask me what kind of type of leadership a leader should have, I will suggest that person to study this animal... The king of the jungle!

Leaders are very unique people! they have a very simple distinction and that is they are thinking is different.... they do not think like followers! even thought they used to be followers but what make them cross the line was a certain mentality that hiding some where. Something happened to them that make them think differently and I normally called that attitude that "INFLUENCE PEOPLE" if you want to be an impactful personality you have to develop type of thinking and perception how the way you see YOUR SELF and see the WORLD! 

How to be an influence people ??? You need to BE A READER !!! 

A LION, has certain mentality, characters, and attitudes that another animal or followers don't have! let's visualize a lion... 

Lion is not the heaviest animal in the jungle....
Lion is not the smartest animal in the jungle ....
Lion is not the fastest animal in the jungle.....
Lion is not the tallest animal in the jungle...

and yet, lion is the leader of animals and the king of the jungle! 
the lion therefore, cancel all your excuses for becoming a leader, you don't need to get straight A and graduate as first class honor in University for becoming a CEO of one company or to get job because most of those A student end up behind the tables with the papers... just saying that Steve job and Bill gates are not a brilliant student or A student but they have dominated urban life style !!!????

There is a quote In a book

 " an army of sheep led by a lion will always defeat  

an army of lion led by a sheep"

In other words, Leadership can transform  cowards into Violent warriors! 

The right leadership will not only affect the outcome but also affect and influence the environment that they work with...

The attitude of lion to stay calm and be awesome! the ambitiousness of the lion to defeat and lead the army if dangerous happen... the Positive attitude of the lion to admit that every animal has their unique character and that what makes them strong! That was make another animal salute him with powerful mentality of the leader! 

However, The most important thing is that! the lion has the ability to lead his self, to think before it speak not only for the good of itself but for the good of his kingdom...

Reflection, evaluation, and motivation to be better will lead you to sustain as a good leader... for becoming a leader you are not suppose to be a leader of the leader! the director of crap or President of what ever... 
when you start realizing your strengths and other strengths are the factors that would develop success ! 
That is the point when you unleash all the temptations and the obstacles ahead..
